  • Our product managers are trained for and have practical experience in developing tools such as SWOT analysis, sales planning, financial situation, promotion and advertising as well as implementing tactics based on strategy that our partner develops and transfers to Medis.
  • In accordance with our clients' requirements we select the most suitable product manager in order that our activities may bring the highest market penetration of a product or a group of products.

We have designed and mastered sales force to a scale necessary to achieve the set objectives. We employ the largest independent sales force in the pharmaceutical industry in our markets.
  • If the existing capacities are not sufficient we employ and train a new group of pharmaceutical representatives. Due to our knowledge we can determine their optimal number and structure.

Our field representatives can dispose of all necessary tools to achieve the set goals. Our marketing department prepares printed materials such as brochures, folders, flyers, instructions for the patients and similar publications which have been used as advertisements and propaganda flyers, and in a modified form also as television and radio advertisements.
