Medis offers an "all inclusive service", including registration (where applicable), importation, storage, sales (with an experienced sales force) and distribution as well as pre- and post-marketing services, namely:

• market research and market strategies,
• product registration including control of registration documentation, necessary accompanying tasks, applications, monitoring of the procedure and its completing to the conclusion of the product registration,
• management of products with market strategies adjusted to the environment,
• promotion with carefully selected and trained sales representatives, necessary promotion materials and media activities providing regular contacts with doctors and important medical staff and hospital officials,
• after-sales services, including pharmacovigilance and servicing where necessary,
• distribution, together with import, storage and direct distribution to hospitals, wholesalers and pharmacies,
• strategy in pricing and negotiations with health insurance companies on reimbursment (where applicable),
• other as agreed.
