Medis for the second time among the best Slovenian employers

On the basis of the Golden Thread selection, Medis has been announced one of the best employers in Slovenia in the category of medium-sized companies.

For three consecutive years Medis has been involved in the Golden Thread project, the selection of the best employers in Slovenia. For the second time we qualified for the finals in the category of medium-sized companies. Among 101 Slovenian companies Medis was  identified as one of the best employers in terms of creative, efficient and effective development of employees and the organization.

The Golden Thread is a media-research project by the Dnevnik newspaper house. Finalists, including Medis, are companies that were among best in Slovenia on the basis of business performance and quality assessment of the relationship between employees and the organization.

Tone Strnad, General manager of Medis, stated: "For the company and also for me, the first classification on the scale of the best Slovenian companies was a special recognition and acknowledgment that we work well in the human resources field. The global crisis did not ruin relations in the company because we are used to adapt to situations. Re-classification among finalists is additional confirmation that we are a great company and a great team."
